Return Policy:

Returns accepted within 14 days of merchandise confirmed delivery date indicated by order's tracking number. Merchandise must be in as original new condition. No signs of wear, unattached tags, unwashed, unaltered, stain free, makeup free, smoke free and deodorant free. Return shipping charges are non-refundable. Sale items are final sale only.

Return Process:

- Please contact us within 14 days of item receipt and let us know why you are not satisfied with the merchandise.

-Buyer assumes all return/exchanges shipping costs.

-Ship your returned merchandise, within 14 days, at your own discretion, but we encourage you to use delivery confirmation, as the responsibility of the items is yours once delivered.

-Returns/ Exchanges will be processed within 2-3 business days after received. We will either ship exchange merchandise if available or process a refund back to the credit card used to make the original purchase. Sorry, no cash refunds.

We ship most anywhere in the USA. There are restrictions on some addresses. Please contact us if in doubt.

All orders over $99 will receive free shipping. Orders below $99 will be charged a flat rate of $9.95 shipping. If you need your item shipped in a different way additional charge(s) will apply.
